This is more of a 3.5 star rating, and I think how I think about the food versus the experience is pushing it towards ultimately rating it 3 stars.To explain:The restaurant is beautiful, with wonderful atmosphere although not fancy enough to warrant exclusivity, and not casual enough to warrant a normal dinner out. I'm still salivating at the seared foie gras we gobbled up (not politely consumed, but gobbled). Heather and David pay such attention to detail, sourcing all of their produce close to home and educating everyone on where the food comes from.
